If you missed Part 1 of our Women in Focus feature, not to worry—you can always dial up those tracks (and more) in our complete Stay Golden Spotify playlist. This week we’re serving up Part 2 of our California-centric, female-fronted series, kicking things off on a raucous note with Hey, King!, whose self-titled debut album, produced by Ben Harper, drops April 2. Staying with that same energy, Molly Kate Kestner delivers the anthemic “Get Up,” which she co-wrote with her husband Brock Monroe. Dance floor songstress Rochelle Jordan drops her second single on TOKiMONSTA’s Young Art Records, “All Along,” which mixes up classic UK garage two-step vibes with some house music flavor, while sisters Melissa and Michelle Macedo offer up “Stronger Now,” a new track from their forthcoming EP, Paradise , which is set to drop this Friday. Rounding out this five-pack is “Take It Like A Man,” a new track from, published poet, songwriter, artist, and fashion designer Chase Cohl’s Dear Dear EP, which was released just last week. Enjoy!
