Ask any seasoned brunch enthusiast and they’ll tell you—day drinking is a marathon, not a sprint. When you start tipping your cup at 1pm, you’ll need to hydrate extra responsibly if you want to make it to sunset, so we’ve concocted a refreshing and more adult alternative to Hard Seltzer Summer that you’ll be proud to offer your guests.
The Punch Bowl Spritz features Haus Spirits’ Citrus Flower, an apéritif crafted with lemon, elderflower and hints of cinnamon. It’s great with club soda but this recipe leans into prosecco, fresh juice and berries, and a hint of rosemary to give it its sophisticated edge. Enjoy!

Punch Bowl Spritz
- 1 750mL bottle Haus Citrus Flower
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 2 cups prosecco
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups of ice (large cubes work best)
- Fresh fruit
- Orange and lemon slices
- Rosemary sprigs
Empty the entire bottle of Haus—yes, the whole thing—into a large punch bowl. Then add pineapple juice, prosecco and lemon juice, stirring to mix all the ingredients. When adequately combined, add ice, fresh fruit, orange and lemon slices and rosemary. Stir again. Ladle into a glass with ice and garnish with an orange slice and a sprig of rosemary!
